the problem is that that file has 2 audio tracks, the first 10 seconds 
long.

it should be played like this:
first play the first audio track, and after that play the second audio track.

but mplayer can't do that. he chooses the longest audio 
track ( it's the second one). and because he didn't play the first audio track,
the audio is approximately 10seconds before the video.

try the svcd version ( use google to find it )
