I compile mplayer CVS on debian Woody and Sarge frequently, with GCC
2.95.4 (and just recently with 3.2.1). I'm always a little suspicious
of Sid...

In any case, RC4 is pretty old, so I would recommend downloading 0_90
cvs or main cvs and see if the problem persists. If it does, read
DOCS/bugreports.html and send a full bug report.
