[MPlayer-users] When will seek be available in .rmvb files?

after trying -forceidx i get this message

Generating index table from raw data (pos: 0x357) for 56944 packets
Something went wrong, no data chunk found on given address (-10)

and if freezes after I try and seek, yet the audio keeps playing [in a 
somewhat garbles form]
