Read DOCS/bugreports.html

You're going to need to make a small sample to upload.
$ mplayer -dvd 1 -dumpstream
Let it run for a moment, then hit ctrl-c. Then, mplayer stream.dump and
make sure that has the same problem.

Read DOCS/bugreports.html to find out what to do next.
