Yes he is speaking about tv, digitv ;) I've seen him a lot on dvb/vdr 
mailinglist. mplayer is a nice frontend for some cheaper digitv cards and 
this feature would fit very nice in that concept. Oops seen he replied as 
well :) Have a look at his mail.
