[MPlayer-users] DVD time reset and external subtitle timing problem

Hello!

I've tried to play a dvd with an external (time based) subtitle file,
but as the timer resets at 20:00 on the DVD disc, the subtitle counter
also. How can I tell Mplayer to use an 'absolute' time counter? 

I tried to convert the sub file to a frame based format, but it won't
help.
