In general, if you run mplayer with the "-v" option you will get lots of 
info that will help you figure out what streams are there, and which ones 
it plays by default -- in your case there are 5 streams, 1 is audio and 
2/3/4/5 are video with increasing bitrates. It defaults to playing audio=1 
and video=2. As the manual says, you can use the "-vid" option to change 
the video stream... try "-vid 5"
