Do you use the same vob file/Xvid codec?
Do you experience this difference with others codecs (i.e. lavc)?
this difference is quite strong. compiling with different gcc can cause some difference in speed,
but that's too much...
do you have the same config? (mainboard (BIOS) configuration, window manager, etc)
