[MPlayer-users] Voices delay

Hi,

I get a very little delay between sound & video (hear people voices after 
mouths moves... like half a second later...)
when encodind in xvid with this options (2nd pass) :
mencoder -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=128 -o test.avi -ovc xvid -xvidencopts 
bitrate=1500:me_quality=6:4mv:pass=2 -vop scale=640:480,pp=de -mc 1 -sid 1 
test.vob

Ideas to corrects this ?

Another question,
I'm using a deinterlacer (pp=de).
Is there a better one ?
like pp=fa...

Cause I'm pretty sure to see a blur when people move on the screen...
