[MPlayer-users] Making SVCD from DVD with mencode and ffmpeg

Hello.

Latest ffmpeg is capable of encoding to mpeg2 video,
the coded needed for SVCD building.

Is anybody using this coded from ffmpeg (lavc) to
make SVCDs? I would like to see an example of
a command line to run mencoder in order to build
the mpeg2 video stream from a DVD, using lavc.
