Hhhmmmmmm.....nothing special.......I am using following multipass formula:
mencoder -oac mp3lame -lameopts vbr=3 -aid 128 -o frameno.avi -ovc frameno vts_07_1.vob
mencoder -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vpass=1:vbitrate=1500:vhq:v4mv -vop scale -zoom -xy 720 vts_07_1.vob
mencoder -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vpass=2:vbitrate=1500:vhq:v4mv -vop scale -zoom -xy 720 vts_07_1.vob

Maybe i have here some parameters, who makes this uncompatibility with Windows players.....
I will try reduce these parameters to be "minimalistics"......here is maybe way.
