Even though I had libogg and libvorbis on my system, I had to download 
it again, recompile, and install.  I then had to recompile mplayer.  It 
works with OGM file types now, but I can't get the subtitles to work.

I have fonts in /usr/share/mplayer/font/, ~/.mplayer/font/, and 
/root/.mplayer/font/

It keeps on saying:
