[MPlayer-users] Playing Real Video?

Lots of stuff now works, if I take the "rtsp" part out of the .rm or .ram
files; not everything unfortunately. I just hope broadcasting stations on
the internet will eventually choose for some opensource standart in
streaming instead of real/wmp.

I haven't gotten everything working though. this is a sort of "indie rock
Mtv" station I endjoy sometimes I can't get to work with mplayer. anyone
else lucky?

I don't think it's a live.com codec since realplayer tells me its
"RealServer version 8.0.2.481 (irix-6.2-mips)" (...)
