[MPlayer-users] mplayer-cvs does not detect libavcodec library

Follow the instructions. You're supposed to checkout libavcodec source
under your mplayer source tree (according to the README) and then
compile it with mplayer there. MPlayer is not intended to link to a
system-installed libavcodec (either static or shared).
