I'll make sure not to consider 3D Mark the next time I need a new video 
card. Actually, I'm still satisfied with my TNT2 card. If I get a new 
one, I'm sure it won't be top of the line. I'm more concerned with 
whether the hardware works than if gets 200 FPS on a certain benchmark.

It certainly is necessary to take marketing information from these 
companies with boulders of salt. I'd much more trust indvidual 
experiences from disinterested third parties. That's why lists like this 
are good. We can hear from people who have Nvidia, ATI, MGA, and other 
hardware.
