Hello Fabio,

I have had the same problem when coding mpeg-files from video streams
of my digital camera.
I have sent a patch for my problems to the mplayer-dev mailing list.

Fabio have a look to the bug report
  "noisy audio resample, no duplicate frames for MPEG, no audio stream for
MPEG"
