[MPlayer-users] Feature request to support btaudio

I would like mplayer to get sound from /dev/dsp1 and play it on the
regular sound device (/dev/dsp).
I need this feature to get sound out of my bt878 card.

Is it possible to do avi/mpg dump with mplayer/mencoder with current features?

Just getting to hear the sound is possible with sox:
   sox -w  -t ossdsp /dev/dsp1 -t ossdsp /dev/dsp
