[MPlayer-users] (NOVIRUS)Why do I keep getting this messege. "File not found: 'frameno.avi'"

I am trying to make a mpeg file from tga files using mencoder.
In order to do that I installed MPlayer and mencoder on my Linux.
MPlayer works OK but I couldn't make mencoder functioning only to get
following messages:

This is the command I used:
mencoder *.tga -mf on:type=tga -of mpeg -ovc rawrgb -o out.mpeg

These are the messages I got:
