The best was the beginning scene on the "There's Something About Mary" 
DVD.  I uploaded a sample to /incomming, and have since deleted the 
files.  Either mencoder is corrupting keyframes, or the motion 
compensation is introducing a lot of errors (more likely).  Just about 
anything with a complex picture, where the whole screen is panning, will 
give a good example.

When I was using several different versions of g1 (including pre1) to 
encode TV programs, I'd see the problems a great deal.
