how to set a bitrate for a tv/VHS capture with mencoder? the calculator says the bitrate for the movie time and one CD should be 940. i set vbitrate=940 and get a file with bitrate of 230 and size 400 MB. the quality is poor. how to increase the bitrate? thanks,
