[MPlayer-users] Problem with sound in .mov

Hi there,
I cannot listen to a .mov file with mplayer. I have downloaded some
codecs related, but I don't know how to point to the directory where I
untar them. Do I have to do it with ~/.mplayer/codecs.conf file? How?
This is not a digital-camera .mov file, it's just a videoclip.
