[MPlayer-users] Getting timestamp data from a DV stream

Hello,

I am using mencoder and transcode for the same task -- encoding video
from a DV stream into divx.

In either of these fine programs, is there a way to get timestamp data
from a DV stream, and overlay it onto the image?
