Everything certainly seems to be set up as it should be, and having read
through hundreds of posts (some of them starting way, way back - like
2002) I've come to the conclusion it is most likely to do with the way
that the DVD is created. As I recall, everyone else who has faced this
problem uses a DVD burner.

Its looking more like it's a libdvdread problem alone, so I guess I
should take it to their list?
Some people think it could be a region issue, but then I'm using K3B to
burn my DVD and it comes out as all region. Well, regions 1,2,3,4,5,6,8
anyway.
I don't have any audio in my DVD (yet), but no-one else has mentioned
this as a possible issue.
