thank you..i downloaded source code of mjpeg-tool and compiled..it
couldn't success, but i got binary files of lav2yuv etc.. (in lavtools
directory)

i think lav2yuv is to extract .avi stream , and cut avi header and then
write as raw data...
yuv2lav is opposite .. combine avi header and streams...

 in the last e-mail i wrote `mplayer t.m2v -vo yuv4mpeg '.... it means
create raw yuv streams without avi header.. and i can make raw streams
(and sure i can make it with a avi header using `mencoder -ovc raw'),
but its colorspace is not yuv420 but yv12..that is the problem ...

when i execute `laveinfo' it says `++ WARN: [lavinfo] Input file
xxxx.avi is not in JPEG 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 format' so these stream can't be
converted into dirac at all......

How to get 4:2:0 raw avi data with mplayer ??? i can't find the right way ..
how to convert YV12 colorspace streams into yuv420 stream ??

does anyone have a good tool to convert them ? tell me please, please,
please ....

thank you,
