[MPlayer-users] Best mencoder codecs and options foranimations/cartoons?

Codec: XviD
Options: -noskip -skiplimit 0 -mc 0 -sws 2 -vf
hqdn3d,lavcdeint,scale=512:384 -oac mp3lame -lameopts aq=0:cbr=128 -ovc
xvid -xvidencopts
bitrate=950:me_quality=6:qpel:gmc:max_bframes=2:vhq=4:pass=1 or 2(as the
case may be)

I use 2 pass encoding as seen from above.
