[MPlayer-users] output file options for VCD

Hi ,
I am new in the list and i am here because i want make my mpg files to 
burn my VCDs :-)
 but i am having problems with mencoder :-( . i use this command line
%mencoder file.avi -ovc lavc -lavcopts 
acodec=mp2:vcodec=mpeg1video:vbitrate=1152:
vrc_maxrate=1152:vrc_minrate=1125:vrc_buf_size=327 -oac lavc  -of mpeg 
-ofps 30 -o vcd.mpg.

then i got multiple lines like this

 this command line result in an mpg file with audio and video without 
synchronization :-(

i repeat the command line but now with -of avi -o vcd.avi and EUREKA i 
have a perfect video but i can't
use it because it's and AVI
How can i do a GREAT VCD ?
