That ASF code seems to be very broken. I have attached an (unfinished)
patch that should improve things a bit - automatic selection is not yet
implemented, but you can at least use -aid and -vid to select the
streams.
Everyone who can, please test (also e.g. with normal, non-streamed asfs) and tell me how it works!
