Hello,

I've run into a problem using the windows version of this awesome
program. It works fine for most dvd's, but the reason I started using
this program was so I would be able to convert my own recorded dvd's
(using a jvc recorder, connected to my tv) back to an editable format
(mpeg or avi). The problem is that these dvd's don't have a menu?

I've turned the manual inside out 3 times and found nothing on this..
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a real bug?

Thanks for your time.

Yours Sincerely,
