[MPlayer-users] paused playback since upgrade to 2.6.10 kernel

Hi!

Since upgrading to kernel 2.6.10, mplayer 1.0pre5 (*) stops MPEG2 playback 
after 1-2 seconds. It continues for another 1-2 if you hit space (i.e. use 
pause/continue). No crash, but it pauses.

Is this a known issue because of the new kernel or do you need more 
details?

(*) Tried to upgrade to 1.0pre6 but compilation failed.
