Though, this patch, and the one I used previously, don't seem to work
well on odml files created by mencoder...  To be specific, any seeking
at all reaches an EOF.

I can't be sure if it's a problem in mencoder or mplayer, as avidemux
opens the file fine, though it can't seek until it's done some
processing (rebuilding i/b-frames).
