[MPlayer-users] xvid/mencoder resulting bitrates are too small

Hi,

I think maybe a recent change has made mencoder encodes with xvid come
out too small. Using mencoder cvs from yesterday with `bitrate=765` I
got a bitrate of 760 kbs for a 2hr 15min movie.  I didn't have this
type of problem with mencoder cvs from Jan 17.

Has anyone else seen this sort of thing?
