Is there an mplayer for Windows?

I want to record/scribe some Windows Media and Real streams into files but on my Windows XP Home machines not on Linux machines. I already use Streamripper, but it does not do this for me.

Also, I have a freshly installed machine with Mandrake 9.2, and mplayer will not play DVD movies, even non-CSS ones. help?
