[MPlayer-users] Encoding 5.1 to stereo with framecopy

I always use the -oac copy option with mencoder so that I get the best possible
sound. But I have this DVD with only the 5.1 audio track. Each time I encode
with -oac copy, I get this gigantic audio track (448 kbit/s instead of the usual
192).
I can't seem to find my way through the man enough to correct this. Thoughts,
anyone ?
