[MPlayer-users] non interleaved

Hello,

I recorded a cartoon with vdr on a dvb broadcast.
I tried to encoded it and mplayer or mencoder sayed :

Maybe you are playing a non-interleaved stream/file or the codec failed?
For AVI files, try to force non-interleaved mode with the -ni option.

and the avi produced is not read by mplayer.

I try the -ni parameter, but mplayer allways complains samely.

Does someone know what to do ?
