That's strange. inttypes.h is normally only in etc directory of
MPlayer's tree. And should not be in main directory, where aparently it
was as it was included from there. It is required, but usually it is in
system include directories, only if it not found there ./configure
instructs user to copy it (and does not copy it by itself). So it looks
like your build tree was somewhat damaged - and I have absolutely no 
idea how. Anyway if it works now and I cannot find any obvious error
then I think it doesn't matter anymore.
