It's the first time that it appends.
Mencoder never complains before, and complains no more about the movies 
I encoded since this one.

I have recorded My Left Foot yesterday.
Mplayer says MPEG-PES file format detected and mencoder encodes it very 
well ... ??

I'll ask en vdr list.
