Hi all

I have a series of avi files that don't play correctly (They are the Twin
Peaks Series 2, all episodes).

I have read in the net about problems with these movies and soution on how
to play them:

1. Use fddshow newest version (Windows Player using libffmepg)
2. Set Option "Old Xvid interlacing bug"

Since fddshow is based on libffmeg like mplayer, I thought it should be
possible to run the movies with mplayer as well, but had no success yet.

I tried

mplayer -lavopts bug=4 [filename]

as well (and all the other bug options), with no success.

I have uploaded a 1MB junk to

http://my.cubic.ch/~timtas/movies/

which shows the problem using mplayer 1pre2 and pre3 (adn fdview and
xine...).

If anybody could help

Below the output of mplayer when playing.
