go into graphedit and find out what dll that is

Display Name: @device:sw:{083863f1-70de-11d0-bd40-00a0c911ce86}\{795b44c4-f142-493d-8a02-098d410895ad}
filename=c:\winnt\system32\wmavds32.ax
merit: 00800001

add it to codecs.conf

audiocodec wmavds32
  info "Windows Media Audio 9 voice dshow"
  status working
  format 0xA
  driver dshow
  dll "wmavds32.ax"
  guid 0x795b44c4, 0xf142, 0x493d, 0x8a, 0x02, 0x09, 0xbd, 0x41, 0x08, 0x95, 0xad
