[MPlayer-users] Encoding issues.

Hey man, that's exaclty what's happening to me, if you can make it work,
please, let me know which parameters to use.
I've even use 1900 as vbitrate and have the same effect, in some scenes the
quality is as good as DVD, but for example in the presentation of the 20
Century Fox, I see blocks, as if it had been encoded with a vbitarte of 100
for example.

I'll chech tha URL anyway.
