If you add the autoaspect, it does the job something like
vbitrate=1900:autoaspect:bla:bla:bla,  but if you want full screen, no way,
you will se the video exaclty as the DVD afaik, if you want full screen you
need to rescale -vf crop=X,X,X,X,scale=512:384
