[MPlayer-users] gmplayer gui is black

I found some emails that talked about this problem in june 2003. I am 
using MPlayer 1.0pre3-3.3.1(downloaded from MDK cooker). From the 
emails I thought that this had been fixed in this version.

Sound and video is working. The gui is black is the problem.

I have to use colordepth 15 since I do not have enough memory to go 
higher.

Also, running MDK 9.2.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,
