I was thinking, dvd:// seems rather strange at the moment, because you 
can only type an integer to the command, like dvd://1.
It would be more usefull and logical if you could add more option, 
structure like:

1. dvd://title[:chapter][:angle][@dvd-device]
2. dvd://[dvd-device]/title[/chapter][/angle]

like for example:
dvd://$PWD/movie.iso/1/2
or
dvd://1:2:1@$PWD/movie.iso
