[MPlayer-users] quicktime to frame sequence

Hello, I'm trying to convert a quicktime movie file into an uncompressed 
image sequence can anyone help me on how to do it and loosing the least 
amount of quality or resolution?

I'm doing this right now for a NTSC 720x486 quicktime but I don't know if 
there is a better way (or faster)

mplayer UBI_max.mov -vf scale=720:486 -vo tga -nosound

how would I extract the audio to a wav file?
