Please never cut mplater output, mot of the info i'm going to ask are  
included in complete mplayer -v output.

It's not a missing codec problem.
As clearly shown in the message, uou must enable real codecs at compile  
time (or better, do not disable them).
Are you using a self-compiled mplayer or some binary package? Some  
distributions include a stripped-down version of mplayer that's totally  
useless.
If you are using some strange binary, trash it and compile from source,  
or get an official pre5 package from our site.

Your stream works perfectly here. (pre5 and cvs)
