I patched the second wave - and gcc still complains about an undeclared sh_audio. A question that might seem off topic, but well... I'm not a C programmer, but I'd still like to know if there is a way to recompile only ad_dvdpcm.c and relink mplayer without recompiling the whole stuff ? NiXO.
