[MPlayer-users] mplayer sound volume low under mandrake 10

Hi, all

I am running mplayer under mandrake 10. While playing
mp3 file or mms stream, the sound volume seems good.
The KDE sound volume set to 85 (vol,pcm,line,etc).
When I try to  play dvd or avi file, the sound volume
drop to about 30 or 40. The mixer setting didn't
change. How does it happen?

BTW: I tried to disable cache while using gmplayer,
but cache will be enabled next I run it. How can I fix
it?
