[MPlayer-users] mplayer used as firefox plugin

Hi, I have Fedora Core 2 installed with newest version of firefox (0.9) 
and mplayer. Does anyone know any quick path for installing mplayer as 
firefox plugin? I would really like to watch real media and quicktime 
files under my browser. Sometimes it is almost impossible to get clean 
address of *.ram or *mov file from a website and it would be much better 
not to worry about it.
