[MPlayer-users] Encode on Mac, Play on Mac, out of sync on PC

I'm encoding 29.97fps DVDs (not film, TV) on OSX and the resulting 
MPEG4 (Divx4) AVI files play fine on the Mac using VLC or QT.  But when 
I move the files over to my PC, audio is out of sync, frames get 
dropped, and the player (zoomplayer) shows an odd framerate of 29.807 
(approx).

Any ideas?
