[MPlayer-users] Feature request.

Hi.

I have a request that one could find useful for working
with broken files.

Would it be possible to make 'mplayer -identify' output
add a simple line telling the user what parameters are
to be used in the commandline if you wanted to play
the given file in 'raw' mode? For example,
when you call

mplayer -identify test.avi

add a line that reads something like:

'Playable in RAW mode with parameters -fps 30 ... .. .. '

i know i'm supposed to be able to figure them out
myself, but it's really frustrating (at least for me)
to RT whole FM every time, since i don't need this feature
often enough to memorize the parameters... and even then,
i usually have problems guessing the codecs...

Or, maybe, this could be a different parameter altogether..

WDYT?

thanks.

Damian
