[MPlayer-users] new matroska demuxer

While recoding the old C++ demuxer into a new one, it seems that some of
the fonctionnalities disapeared. The constant MKV_A_ACM isn't used
anymore and so the mp3 audio tracks of many matroska files aren't
recognized. I did a quick and dirty hack to enable these audio streams
in libmpdemux/demux_mkv.c but if needed I can post a cleaner patch as
well as an example mplayer output.
BTW, I checked the CVS and the problem is still there.
